Project: Visual ID + Exterior Signage
Project Details: Develop an identity for Sporting KC’s restaurant & bar venture. The name references a chant sang out during matches “No Other Club. S.K.C.” The mark utilizes Club colors including the Dark Indigo and Sporting Blue used in the Sporting KC shield.
Not only did I have a hand in creating the mark, I also got the opportunity to propose signage displays. Using rendering provided by the environmental signage company, I modified images to show where placement of logos on the building facade and positioning of lighted signs around the bar. In order to bring more of the club branding into the interior space, I mocked up a diamond patterned back-lit bar featured in the north end of the bar.
